Position Summary: Responsible for managing, overseeing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies by identifying staffing needs, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing and attracting top talent, and fostering a positive, engaging work environment to ensure talent retention. _____________________________________________________________________________

- Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, assessments, screening, interviewing, reference checks, job offers, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and check-ins.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and future needs, proactively researching the market to develop robust talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define the desired qualities, qualifications, and skills for candidates, prioritizing needs based on market trends and candidate availability.
- Advise hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Conduct onsite orientations for new managers as needed.
- Conduct monthly property visits as HR representative to connect with employees, address their concerns, assess their engagement levels and provide a report to corporate HR.
- Manage a multi-channel recruiting process to attract high-quality candidates through various methods, including internal recruiting, internet searches, employee referrals, social networking, college recruiting, internships, and job fairs.
- Present qualified candidate slates, maintain candidate progress in the applicant tracking system, and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks and candidate screenings.
- Facilitate 30/60/90-day check-ins with new managers across the organization.
- Collaborate with field and cross-functional teams to provide leadership and direction in achieving project objectives and fostering long-term employee relationships.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, training and development programs, and employee relations activities.
- Work with leadership to cultivate a talented and motivated workforce that drives organizational success and growth.
- Stay current on recruiting trends and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting lifecycle.
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment platforms and job postings on sites like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Hospitality Online.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Manage Predictive Index assessments for candidates and internal associates.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- This role requires maintaining confidentiality at all times, sharing information only with authorized personnel including VP of HR and President.
- This role requires full-time, onsite presence.
