Full and Part-Time Positions available

Centrally located in historic downtown Charleston, Husk highlights the history of Southern food. Exploring ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products - redefining what it means to cook and eat in the Holy City.

Position Summary:
The Polisher is responsible for polishing silverware and stocking glassware, utensils and other supplies. This role helps to maintain the appearance of the dining room and is integral in providing the necessary supplies and tools to set our service team up for success.

• Those who are detail-oriented, working proactively with a sense of urgency while possessing excellent communication skills. Enjoys supporting a team of hospitality professionals in delivering a memorable experience for Guests.
• Someone who is energetic with a positive and friendly demeanor.
