Job Title: Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator

Location: Montclair, CA/Fontana, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time (direct hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanour
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications via phone and email
• Verify and update patient information and records
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients, helping them understand costs and timelines
• Coordinate appointments for treatments, follow-ups, and referrals
• Work with dental insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain authorizations
• Assist patients with payment plans and financing options
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional dental administration training is a plus)
• 1-2 years experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice software (such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft)
• Good understanding of dental and periodontal terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding is a plus
