Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead daily marketing tasks for two iconic brands: AC Hotel and Element by Westin, brought together under one roof in Symphony Park Las Vegas with 441 guestrooms, 20,000 square feet of function space, and three outlets.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing topline revenue by promoting AC/Element Las Vegas Symphony Park, including outlets, to guests through traditional, digital, and social media marketing. They will help strategize, coordinate, and execute all owned, earned, and paid media for the hotel and outlets as well as manage property activation designed to drive impressions, awareness, and top line revenue.

Essential Job Functions
50% of your time:
Lead 2 social media handles strategy, content, and implementation
Responsible for updating all online listings for outlets and hotel events
Manages creative direction and execution of all hotel and outlet digital and marketing assets, collateral, menus
Manage the property’s hotel and outlet websites and online listings, ensure optimization for search engine PPC, with Director, Corporate Integrated Marketing
Implement property specific marketing strategies in conjunction with the Commercial team
General marketing administrative duties
35% of your time:
Create and implement e-mail campaigns
Facilitate tracking and reporting of all marketing expenditures
Works with Food and Beverage team to identify opportunities and trends to implement promotional strategy to drive outlet revenue.
15% of your time:
Curate and execute unique programming in coordination with hotel operations that are distinctly AC/Element Las Vegas Symphony Park
Work with DOSM and/or GM to create and maintain marketing budgets
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent working knowledge of owned, earned, and paid media
Social media proficiency, organic and paid
Strong copywriting skills
Canva/Adobe Suite/Graphic Design/Editing experience preferred
Hotel sales background preferred
Marriott experience a plus
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
Strong presentation skills
Attention to detail
Efficiency in problem solving, including the ability to diffuse tension and work with hotel operations to achieve goals
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, digital trends, and consumer engagement
