Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sr. Manager of Experience to support the development of brand strategies and seasonal brand priorities.
• Own the executional planning and timelines for brand launches, exclusives, and expansion strategies.
• Build and manage brand planners that map all key milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure brand plans are integrated into broader business timelines.
• Serve as the central point for aligning internal teams on brand strategy execution and timing.
• Manage and mentor a direct report responsible for store communication and day-to-day brand support at the field level.
• Ensure store teams are equipped with timely communication, tools, and resources to activate brand strategies effectively.
• Track brand activation results and help optimize future launches and strategies based on insights and feedback
