Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position plays a key role in coordinating internal processes and supporting our leadership team.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with invoicing, purchasing orders, and other documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as needed
Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors
Support other departments in documentation and scheduling
Ensure smooth communication between departments and external partners
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
